Find the hours.
Automate them.
Prove it.
Veritenza shows where your teams' time really goes, puts the right automations to work, and measures the hours they return, with one instrument, before and after.
For finance, operations and shared-service teams. Mac, Windows and Chromebook.
Most of it is one loop a script can run. That becomes the first app.
Automation spend that can't show its return.
Enterprises are buying AI and automation faster than ever. Very few can say how many hours it gave back, and every new agent reports its own success in its own terms.
Nobody sees where the time goes
Process maps come from interviews; system logs see only the system. The copying between sheets, email, portals and drives, where back-office hours really go, stays invisible.
What to automate is picked by opinion
Projects go to whoever asks loudest, not to the work with the most hours at stake.
Savings are claimed, not measured
After a rollout, few teams can say what it saved. So the next budget is argued, not earned.
One closed loop, paid on the result.
We measure the work, recommend the fix, pilot it, and prove the hours saved with the same instrument we started with. So the number is one both sides agree on.
Measure
A lightweight recorder baselines every task: hours, occurrences and minutes each, by person, team and department.
Recommend
Tasks are ranked by the hours at stake and how automatable they are, not by who asks loudest.
Pilot
Each candidate, ours, a partner's or your vendor's agent, runs on its own pilot group first.
Prove
The same recorder measures the saving. Only automations that clear the agreed threshold reach production.
The neutral measure above every automation and every AI agent you run.
From raw activity to hours returned.
Everything needed to see the work, act on it and stand behind the result, in one product your IT team can roll out with standard tools.
The recorder
A small app for Mac and Windows, and an extension for Chromebooks. By default it notes which window is in front, what is clicked and how many keys are typed, not what is typed.
Task intelligence
AI turns each day into named tasks, such as "track receipts in the tracking sheet". Code then measures time, repetition, cognitive load and automation potential, so every number is exact.
Analytics and reports
- Views by person, team, department and company
- Automation candidates ranked by hours at stake
- Written reports on request, with the numbers drawn by code
Automation apps
Each app automates one kind of task, recommended from your measured work. Built scripts-first, so the AI never costs more than the work it replaces.
We do well when you save.
A fixed fee to see where the time goes, and a share of the savings for getting it back. Easy to approve, cheap to try, aligned with your result.
8-week pilot
One team. A baseline, a ranked list of tasks with hours at stake, one or two apps live, savings measured. Credited against your first year.
Annual platform
Recording, analysis, analytics and reports for an agreed number of computers. A predictable line your procurement team already knows how to approve.
Share of verified savings
A share of the value of the hours our apps save, at an hourly rate you set. Baseline first, same instrument after, open books and audit rights.
Built to measure work, never to watch people.
We report automation return by task and team. Privacy is applied on the computer, before anything leaves it.
Minimal by default
Out of the box, only counts of keys, never their content. Richer capture stays off unless your company switches it on, and employees are told.
Redacted on the device
Email addresses and long numbers are removed before upload. Reports, and the AI, see pseudonyms.
Your AI provider, your keys
Choose OpenAI, Anthropic or Google per company, with your own key. You decide how much of each window title is kept.
Notice, consent and aggregates
Employees are told, and can consent where the law asks. An aggregates-only mode removes every individual view.
“Every AI agent reports its own success. Only one number matters: how many hours did we actually get back?”The question Veritenza answers
Start with one team, eight weeks and a number you can trust.
Tell us about the team you'd like to measure. We'll set up the recorder, show you where the hours go, and put the first automation to work.
